How to Initiate a Return

2. Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with the return address and instructions.
3. Package the item securely and send it back to us using a traceable shipping method.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be initiated to your original method of payment within 14 business days. Please note that depending on your card issuer's policies, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team. Exchanges are subject to availability and can only be processed for items that are the same price as the original purchase.

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
